Nettie’s Kettle Corn
In September of 2009 Joe Clemente and Linda Rossi opened Nettie’s Kettle Corn. They started the traditional way, setting up at farmers markets, small events and even flea markets. Today Nettie’s can be found in over 90 stores throughout the area. Nettie’s has their own retail locations that offer a store where customers can find many flavors of their “delicious and Highly addicting” kettle corn as well as chocolate kettle corn, party favors and gift baskets for all occasions. In January of 2017 Joe entered the Goldman Sachs 10SKB program at CCRI in Warwick. As part of the 12 week business program students develop a growth opportunity to increase revenue and create new jobs. For Nettie’s the result was their new, 2nd location at 2 Main Street in Historic Wickford Village that opened in April of 2017.
